Write out a note sheet to reduce test anxiety.  The night before the exam write down those things that you think you might forget.  Do it in 5 minutes or less.  Once it is time to take the exam, get permission to write on a piece of paper and take a few minutes to rewrite the note sheet you made out the night before.  This will calm your nerves and help you to concentrate more on the test.
